How it works
Iron infusions at the clinic can only be scheduled following a consultation with one of the clinic doctors. The consultation is required to ensure appropriate clinical assessment and treatment planning.
Consultation fees vary based on the duration and complexity of the appointment. Billing will be applied in accordance with the current clinic fees, as outlined below.
The iron infusion will be administered by a clinic nurse and does not attract a Medicare rebate, except in circumstances where the clinic doctor is required to attend the infusion. In this case, the consultation fee and Medicare rebate, as outlined below.

Please note that full payment is required on the day of your consultation appointment.
Patients are responsible for the purchase of the prescribed iron product from a pharmacy prior to their infusion appointment with the clinic nurse.
