Assessment & Planning Consultation
The cost of an assessment & planning consultation is fully covered by Medicare for patients who have an eligible Medicare Card.

Iron Infusion
An iron infusion can only be booked following an Assessment and Planning consultation.
Eligible Medicare card holders will receive a Medicare rebate of $79.70.
You will also need to purchase the iron product prior to your infusion appointment. This will cost approximately $30.
Accounts are required to be paid in full on the day of your appointment.

Combined Assessment, Planning and Infusion Appointment
Occasionally we can accommodate a combined assessment, planning and infusion appointment on the SAME day. You are requested to speak with our Practice Nurse to book.
Eligible Medicare card holders will receive a Medicare rebate of $117.40.
Accounts are required to be paid in full on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Fee
24 hours notice is required for a cancellation to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
Subsequent Consultations
All subsequent consultations after the first assessment and planning consultation will be charged at our standard rates.
